1. Remove from packaging and place on floor by chair with name plate facing you. |

2. Position of heels and feet |

3. Sit on chair with heels on floor and the ball of your feet on the Peddler |

4. With heels locked on floor alternately push down from side to side |

Continue to exercise until you at least feel a light burn or for whatever length of time you prefer – use regularly throughout your sitting by desk or travel. Note: Unit will move away after time and will need to be repositioned – V-ing out of the feet causes less away movement – Various ways of feet positioning is acceptable and your most comfortable way should be used. The most important issue is that you use the unit to get the exercise which causes circulation in your calves. |
